What are adaptive switches?
Adaptive switches are push buttons or buzzers that have an auxiliary cord coming out of them. When the cord is plugged into an adapted device, a child can push the switch to activate the item. This provides a person with limited mobility access to toys and electronics that would otherwise be too difficult to manipulate.

What do you charge for shipping?

Which toys and switches are compatible with each other?
All of our switches are compatible with all of our adapted toys. Likewise, all of our switches and all of our adapted toys should be compatible with switches and adapted toys from other companies.
Why won't my switch and/or adapted toy work?
Make sure the batteries are new and inserted correctly.
Make sure the switch is plugged in all the way.
If the toy has an 'On/Off' switch, make sure the switch is turned to 'Off.'
If you still can't get the switch or toy to work, please contact us and we will be happy to help you troubleshoot further, or start a return and/or replacement if needed.
Why do the prices of certain toys change occasionally?
We charge a flat rate per toy to cover the costs of the adaption, parts and supplies, shipping and packaging, advertising, etc. If the purchase price of a toy changes, we adjust our price accordingly. That means if we find an amazing sale on a toy, we drop the price to pass on that savings to you. If our manufacturer increases the purchase price and we can't find a less expensive option, then we also have to increase our price. Ultimately our goal is to offer families the very lowest possible prices on adapted toys!
Do you take recommendations for toys to be adapted?
PLEASE! We are constantly looking for new toys to adapt and we would LOVE to hear your suggestions! Also, if you would like us to custom adapt a toy just for you, we would be thrilled to do so!
